Beneath the summer moon there is a mysterious place
where cypress trees grow out of the water
& lilypads float and flower.
Imagine a stickywarm Summer night
with mist snaking around the tree trunks
and the night air heavy with cricketsong.
A luna moth flies towards the full moon
and two fish swim in lazy circles.
On the back of the quilt there is a Haiku
